Get Involved

Do you have some free time and enjoy gaining new experiences and skills? Would you like to play your part in something momentous? If so, then why not volunteer with us.

Over the past few months Wren300 has been in full swing with special projects ranging from photography and research, to conservation work and school education visits. We have been supported by a wonderful team of dedicated volunteers. Their help has been monumental to the success of securing Wren’s legacy within the City.

You could play a part too. There are still many ways to get involved to suit people with different interests, time availability and skills.

We would like to hear from you

Wren300 Volunteer Learning Assistant

We are offering a free education programme across 2023 for schools from around London. The programme will help children discover the significance of Wren and his connection to the building of city churches following the Great Fire of London in 1666.

Photography project

“The opportunity to be a part of the exciting and important Wren300 Project, is a dream come true. Through my photographs of Wren’s masterpieces, I am learning more about them and the processes (both creative and practical) that brought them into being.”

Conservation Volunteering

“As a volunteer, I’ve had the chance to engage with the public in beautiful locations across the city – all while working alongside an amazing team of conservation professionals!
Volunteering in the Wren 300 project has given me the opportunity to a hands on education in conservation practice. I have also learned so much about Wren architecture, the transformation of the city over centuries, and the importance of engaging its people today to ensure the survival of its fabric tomorrow.”
